Terms and Conditions \u2013 Tours\/Arrangements longer than one day<\/strong><\/h2>\n

These conditions apply to all bookings made directly to the company Jokkmokkguiderna HB with the company number 969725 – 3871. Jokkmokkguiderna HB will hereafter be referred to as we, or Jokkmokkguiderna. All multi day arrangements that is longer than one day will hereafter be referred to as tours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Due to the Corona Virus, COVID-19<\/strong>
\nWe expect you to follow the Swedish laws, recommendations and restrictions provided by the Swedish Health Authorities.
\nIt is your own responsibility to ensure you have a travel, medical and cancellation insurance.
\nCheck with your insurance company exactly what is included and if there are any exceptions for Covid-19.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n


\nRegarding payment<\/strong><\/p>\n

We request you to pay a deposit of 25 % of the price.
\nYou will not get back the deposit if you cancel the tour.
\nThe remaining 75 % should be paid 30 days before the tour starts.<\/p>\n


\nCancellation<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cancellation must be made as soon as there is a reason not to conduct the tour.
\n– Cancellations between the time of booking and 61 days before arrival will be charged the booking deposit which is 25% of the booking\u2019s total amount.
\n– Cancellations between 60 days and 31 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the booking\u2019s total amount.
\n– Cancellations between 30 days and 15 days before arrival will be charged 75% of the booking\u2019s total amount.
\n– Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the booking\u2019s total amount.
\nIf we Jokkmokkguiderna must cancel for any reason you will get back the total amount you\u2019d paid us including the deposit.
\nIt is your own responsibility to ensure you have a cancellation insurance. Check this up with your insurance company.
\nAll cancellations should be made by email.<\/p>\n


\nChanging your booking<\/strong><\/p>\n

We will do our best to assist you if you want to change your booking, but we cannot guarantee to be able to meet your request. Changes can only be made within the same year as your booking is valid.<\/p>\n


\nYour obligations as a participant<\/strong><\/p>\n
