By Train
The most environmental friendly option.
- Go to Stockholm.
- From Stockholm you take the night train to Boden or Murjek
- From Boden or Murjek you have bus connection to Jokkmokk

Note! Train tickets are usually not released until approx. 3 months prior to departure. Before that it may look as if everything is sold out/fully booked and the connecting local buses may not even be in the search results yet.
By Air
You can fly from Stockholm to:
- Luleå 180 km southeast from Jokkmokk
- Gällivare 100 km north from Jokkmokk
- Arvidsjaur 160 km south from Jokkmokk
- Kiruna 220 km north from Jokkmokk
Länstrafiken Norrbotten, the public bus providers, offers an airport shuttle between Luleå Airport and Jokkmokk.

You can book private taxi to Jokkmokk from the airport. Book well in advance.

- From Årrenjarka you travel with bus to Jokkmokk
- Take the bus from Jokkmokk to Murjek or Boden
