In Jokkmokk is the Sámi culture strong and the reindeer herding culture is most alive.
Through the years we have noticed that most people have very little knowledge about the Sámi, their history and about their lifestyle, but are curious and want to learn and know more. We believe that those who can best show and tell about the Sámi culture are of course the Sami themselves. And so the idea of offering Sami experiences was born.
We have close contact with the local reindeer herders in the area and together with them we offer you to meet them and learn about their work with the reindeers, the Sami culture and history. Meet genuine people that has a great passion for their culture and the reindeer.
