Autumn has arrived in Lapland and all our tours for the summer and fall is now over.
Last tour for the season was the Wildlife Expedition in Sarek National Park. Matti and the 7 participants saw many moose and got to see the northern lights but the last day in Sarek turned out to a real adventure when the helicopter couldn’t come and pick them up because of fog and very low clouds… We will post a video from the adventure on our YouTube channel later on so you can see how it all turned out.

Well, now our focus has now turned in to training our huskies for the coming winter and dog sled tours but we also try to make some small trips for ourselves. Here is a video from a short canoe camping trip we did with our two border collies Annie and Johnny where we slept in our very lightweight pyramid tent with a tiny wood stove inside. It’s hard for us to make longer tours together since we have all our dogs to take care of but a short overnighter is sometimes possible.
