Living life in the wilderness!

With canoes, hiking boots and good food we travel into the Pearl River Nature Reserve. Old forests, low mountains, small and big lakes where we drink fresh water directly from the lake, catch fish for dinner and spend the nights in tents.

This summer we offer three departures on a 5 days canoe tour in the Pearl River (Pärlälvens) Nature Reserve. Easy paddling on flat water, shorter hikes and possibility for both photographing, fishing and study the flora and fauna.
This tour is perfect for those who want to join on an organized but for that sake not touristic tour. We set our camps close to the canoes so no heavy backpacks.
You will be part of a group and participate in cooking and other camp chores.

Matti looks forward to these tours like a kid waiting for Christmas. But that’s because he likes fresh trout that sizzles in the pan, sea eagles gliding over the camp and the feeling that there could be bears around the next bend.
